Long before short-term rentals became a mainstream way to travel, our founders were already running a Central Florida property management company — managing vacation homes across the region years before most people had heard the term. Back then, fewer than one in ten Americans even knew renting a private home was an option — today, almost everyone does, and the industry has grown crowded and impersonal as a result.
Our founders learned this business from the ground up, long before there was a playbook for it. That hands-on, no-shortcuts approach is still how EverTrust operates today: every property is managed by people who’ve actually done the work themselves, not handed off to a call center reading from a script.
